Max is a Co-Founder and Partner at GP Partners. He brings a unique combination of hands-on company building experience from the early Rocket Internet days and a multi-asset investment track record spanning Venture Capital, Private Equity, and Real Estate. Having spent his entire career on the GP side in various roles across the value chain, Max has particularly focused on investment and asset management. His passion lies in forging long-term partnerships and shaping new pathways for success in private markets.
David Schroeder
Co-Founder & Partner
David is a Co-Founder and Partner at GP Partners. He brings over 15 years of experience in venture capital and business building, having worked across startups during the early Rocket Internet days as well as large corporates. Prior to founding GP Partners, David was a Partner at a leading digital consultancy, where he advised clients on strategy and drove large-scale digital transformation initiatives. His passion lies in scaling new business models and supporting teams as they shape and develop their businesses.
Philipp Neidel
Strategic Advisor
Philipp is a Strategic Advisor at GP Partners. As a Founding Partner at Orbit and a member of its GP advisory practice, he brings deep experience in structuring private equity and venture capital funds. He advises funds and semi-public funds across all sectors of the Private Equity and Venture Capital landscape, combining legal depth with a pragmatic, execution-driven approach. Philipp supports GP Partners on fund strategy, governance and structuring our partnerships with GPs as well as their LPs.
Lisa Patricia Bourcarde
Fund Operations
Lisa started her professional career at Ernst & Young and is an independent finance and compliance specialist for fund managers, with a background in international tax advisory. Experienced in finance, operations, and regulatory implementation across venture capital and private equity. Lisa combines compliance and tax expertise with fintech-driven process automation to deliver pragmatic, scalable fund operation solutions.
